Maple Glazed Ribs

Published: Friday, April 17, 2026

3 lbs. baby back pork ribs

¾ c. maple syrup

2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar

2 Tbsp. ketchup

1 Tbsp. cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. mustard powder

Preheat oven to 300°. Place ribs in a roasting pan, salt them, and cover with foil. Bake 2½-3 hours until they are tender and fall off the bone.

While ribs are cooking, mix together the maple syrup, brown sugar, ketchup, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and mustard powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens syrupy.

After ribs have finished cooking, increase oven temperature to 450°, brush glaze onto the ribs, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until glaze is caramelized. —6 servings.
