Niles FFA Wins State Contest

The Niles FFA Ag Issues team last week won the state contest held during the Michigan FFA Convention in East Lansing.
"These students began as a group in January and worked really hard," said FFA advisor Emma Rauch. "They received second at districts, and that really lit a fire under them and turned things around. They received a gold and first place at their regional contest. The team recently competed at the state contest, receiving gold and were announced the State winner.
Members of the state-winning team include: Louisa Peterson, Gavin Dandurand, Adolfo Sanchez-Perez, Alexis McCombs, Natalie Chester, Zarrah Dyer and Zosia Olivia.
