Published: Friday, January 30, 2026

Three regional dairy meetings will be held across northern Indiana next month, organized by the Indiana Dairy Producers organization.

The three meetings are: Feb. 10, Adams County 4-H Park, Monroe; Feb. 11, Seasoned Banquet Center, Plymouth; and Feb. 12, Das Dutchman Essenhaus, Middlebury. Registration begins at 9 a.m., and the meetings get underway at 9:30.

"We are planning some great topics for you this year that apply to everyone," said Steve Obert, IDP executive director.

Topics to be addressed are: Back to the Basics: Understanding the Importance of Water Quality; Reducing Machinery Cost Using Alternative Ownership Arrangements; 2026 Ag Economic Outlook; and Dairy Innovation and How GLP-1 will Impact Dairy Demand.

"Our goal is to deliver a program that will educate, inform and deliver confidence for you to go back home and get better," Obert said. "Come join us for a day of opportunity!"

Lunch is included in the program. To register, visit www.indianadairy.org or call Obert at 812/779-6775.
