2 cans strawberry pie filling
17½ oz. pkg. peanut butter cookie mix
½ c. butter, melted
Optional: Vanilla ice cream, strawberry topping, peanut butter topping
Preheat oven to 375°. Spread strawberry pie filling into a greased 139 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine cookie mix and melted butter until well combined. Place ½" pieces of cookie mixture evenly over pie filling.
Bake until golden brown and bubbly, 30-40 minutes. Let cool slightly. If desired, top with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with strawberry and peanut butter toppings. —8 servings.
