Ranch Chicken Noodle Soup

3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 oz. pkg. ranch dip and seasoning mix
10¾ oz. can cream of celery soup
10¾ oz. can Cheddar cheese soup
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots, or mixed vegetables
½ c. bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
6 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
12 oz. pkg. medium egg noodles, uncooked
8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Layer chicken cubes in a 6-qt. crockpot and sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Add soups, frozen vegetables and bacon. Pour in chicken broth and mix gently. Cover and cook on High setting for 6-8 hours, until chicken is tender.
When 30-45 minutes cook time remains, stir in milk, noodles and cheese. Cover and finish cooking until noodles are tender. —6 to 10 servings.
