Hawaiian Pulled Pork Sliders
Published: Friday, April 25, 2025
12-pack Hawaiian rolls
1½ lbs. leftover pulled pork, heated
2 c. coleslaw
12 large bread and butter pickle chips
1 c. BBQ sauce
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. BBQ seasoning
Minced parsley for garnish (optional)
Gently place the rolls, top up, on a moveable surface such as a cutting board and use a bread knife to cut them in half so you have a top and bottom just like any traditional sandwich. Place the tops aside and leave the bottoms, inside up, on the board. Evenly spread pork over the rolls. Spread the coleslaw over the top of the pulled pork. Place 1 pickle slice on each slider section. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top.
Replace the roll top on top, making sure to line them up with the right top and bottom match for the best fit. Stir the BBQ seasoning into the melted butter and stir well. Brush onto the tops of the sliders. If desired, sprinkle some minced fresh parsley over the top of the sliders. —12 sliders.
