Zucchini Bars

Bars:
3 eggs, beaten
1½ c. sugar
2 c. ground zucchini
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
½ to ¾ c. nuts
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2½ c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
Mix bar ingredients in order given. Bake in large pan at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Frost if desired. Freezes well.
For icing: Mix all ingredients and frost cooled bars.
